- You share references with me and we talk about your character and any ideas you had for the piece.
- I take that knowledge and return with a preliminary sketch.
- Once we've agreed upon the vision payment is made, and work on the final product begins.
- Over the course of a few weeks, a month at most, or within whatever time frame you've specified - updates are delivered.
- Finally, when there is no more work to be done, the art is transfered in whatever format you prefer.

- SKETCH: A simple drawing, typically with limited colour. Can be anything from a full body piece to a portrait to something more environmental.
- Ranges from $20 to $50 USD.
- COLORED: Next step up, basically a sketch with a little more value and colour.
- Ranges from $40 to $80 USD.
- PAINTING: These forgo linework for a more painted style. They tend to take the longest.
- Ranges from $60 to $150 USD.
As an artist I have certain strengths and weaknesses when it comes to what I'm used to drawing. I'll happily try my hand at just about any character design, but certain things like mecha, guns and complicated fantasy armour may increase the complexity and cost of a piece.
